1. Purchase Options
Formulary offers two purchasing options for its high-quality beauty products:
- Standard Purchase: Buy products at competitive prices without a membership.
- Membership Purchase: Opt for a membership to acquire products at a significant discount.
Both options are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Member prices may fluctuate.
2. Membership Details
Once you choose a membership, this is how it works:
- Memberships can be purchased at checkout like any product.
- Members can purchase products at discounted Member Prices.
- Your membership may include spending or shopping limits.
We craft our products to precise specifications. Our Traditional Retail Prices reflect market comparisons.
Memberships have a minimum 12-month term and renew automatically unless canceled.
Gift Memberships and cards may be purchased when available. Lost or stolen codes cannot be replaced.
Additional membership types may be introduced periodically.
3. Membership Restrictions
Memberships are intended for reasonable personal use. We may refuse orders deemed excessive.
- Purchase limits may apply to certain products.
- All orders are subject to availability.
Memberships are non-transferable. Members must keep login credentials private.
4. Cancelling Your Membership
Full refund available within 30 days if no order or only one order was placed. Renewed memberships cannot be cancelled

5. Rejoining Membership
Rejoining is subject to approval. Previous benefits may not be restored.
6. Your Account
Provide accurate details and keep login credentials secure. Accounts are non-transferable.
We may suspend accounts for violations or security reasons.
7. Steps to Cancel My Membership
For cancellation of membership please email- hello@formulary.club
If cancellation is requested after 30 days of purchasing the membership or after using membership to place an order, membership cancellation request will be declined and benefits will stay active until term end.
