However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to request a return. If you wish to return a product for a valid reason, please feel free to contact us.
Refunds & Replacements — Eligibility
We offer refunds or replacements only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Shipment Received: If the product delivered does not match your order, we will arrange a replacement.
- Damaged Product Received: If your item arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Expired Product Received: If you receive an expired product, we will process a refund or send a fresh replacement immediately.
Submitting Your Return / Replacement Request
Requests must be submitted within 7 days from the confirmed delivery date. To initiate your request, please email: contact@formulary.club with details of your concern.
Requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for refund or replacement. We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival to ensure everything is in proper condition.
Processing Your Request
After receiving your email, please allow us up to 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at a convenient time.
Refund / Replacement Initiation
Once the returned product reaches our facility, our team will conduct a verification check. If the issue is validated and meets our return criteria, we will initiate your refund or dispatch your replacement within 24 hours.
Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing speed.
